The Trustees of Schools are required to hold Regular Quarterly meetings on the first Monday of each calendar quarter: January, April, July and October. If such Monday falls on a holiday, then on the following Monday. Special meetings may be called at any time. Two members constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.  Board minutes will be posted after approval during a subsequent board meeting.
